Private Credit/ABF in Asia

I recently noticed that Apollo were searching for a Principal in a Private Credit/ABF structuring role, for their APAC business, based in Singapore. As I'm potentially interested in a move to Asia (for the right role), this job aligns with my background really well, but admittedly a bit senior for me, so this is more of a 'perhaps one for the future' for me at this stage.

Was wondering if anybody has any visibility on whether Apollo/other MFs are raising capital/hiring for front office style structuring and investing teams within Private Credit and/or ABF in Asia? HK or Singapore would be first choices.

I thought Hybrid was essentially the legacy ASSG strategy and would continue doing more special sits-type investing, so what exactly do you mean by “phased out”? Also, is the DL strategy mainly focused on mezzanine, given that Asia is such a heavily banked market when it comes to senior loans?
