Raising Capital For A Private Credit Fund
Hey Wall Streeters,
I've been putting together deals on a syndication basis and arranging them for other credit funds.
I'm now in the stage of raising HNWI money (NOT Institutional until we cross 100m AUM).
For background, we issue short-term debt backed by accounts receivable (MCAs) and real estate.
Outside of friends & family, what would you gents suggest?
Yields are 30-80% before fees.
