Specialty Lending Prep

I have a first round for a specialty lending Associate position next week and am coming up short on prep. Does anyone know of any prep guides that have been helpful for others in the past? Technicals, etc?

Also, most importantly, what was your answer to “why specialty lending”? What sort of answer are interviewers looking for?

Thank you in advance!
