Stalling growth / learning
Is anyone else purely teaching themselves in their roles due to the business having minimal training opportunities / lack of effort from seniors to help juniors learn.
I've been in PC for a few years now but feel like my growth is stalling and my investment analysis skills are not developing the way I would like.
Any experiences / help would be useful.
