All,
I am considering offers between two different firms. One is a MMPC firm, would be primarily portfolio management for senior debt lending to sponsor backed companies. The other is a LMMPC firm (more subordinate debt to non-sponsor backed), working primarily in their SBIC fund. Wonder if anyone has any experience or insight in either, also interested in what exit opps would be for both.
