Interviewed with their tech team and was turned off by the people I met. Found them quite standoffish and confrontational (for no reason). Probably cus its a bunch of ex-Apollo folks.
Is there path to promotion post associate?
They told me yes, but they're going to tell everyone interviewing yes. Would need to talk to a current associate.

Well the other recent acquisition in IPI just closed a $7bn fund, which is almost as big as all of Atalaya lol. Blue Owl is a place that prioritizes scale and not sure how that business can grow the same way.
