Why 13 Weeks?
Can anyone explain why the standard period for RX models is 13 weeks rather than 12 weeks? 13 seems like an arbitrary number but perhaps I'm missing something.

13 weeks is a quarter. One quarter is usually comprised of two 4 week months and one 5 week month. 4+4+5 = 13.
