Will Microsoft invest in Bitcoin?
On December 10th, Microsoft shareholders will vote whether Microsoft should allocated some of its ~$80 billion cash and cash equivalents to BTC. The board recommends shareholders vote against it. Thoughts on the outcome of that vote? If the vote is positive, what are the odds other corporations start to add small amounts of BTC to their balance sheets?
anyone think this could be the next step in a large wave of global adoption of BTC as a decentralized, fixed-supply store of value?
I would assume blackrock will vote their shares in favor of bitcoin, considering msft would likely create this exposure through bitcoin spot etfs

If the vote passes, it could potentially set a precedent, encouraging other companies, especially in the tech sector, to consider adding Bitcoin to their balance sheets as a hedge against inflation and a store of value
