2004 HKEX Main Board Listing Fees VS NASDAQ Smallcap Listing Fees

Hello,

I am currently desperately looking for the 2004 HKEx Main Board Listing Fees and 2004 NASDAQ Small Cap (Capital Market) listing fees.

Based on my research, it suggests that the HKEx fees have not changed at all since then, except for the Annual listing fee only.

My research also further indicates that the NASDAQ Small Cap fees only changed with the introduction of the 5900 rules to replace the 4500 rule in 2009?

I would greatly appreciate your help.
