Are you going to be an associate or a covering analyst?

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

I do not think they will give you any credit for your 3 years of consulting work experience, unless it makes you more qualified in the industry your coverage is in.

I would think your salary would be in the 65 - 75 range. It's hard because some of your qualifications, like your Masters and your CFA, definitely make you more qualified than somebody coming straight from undergrad, but without any writing/modeling experience or industry-specific expertise in ER it's hard to place you as anything other than a 1st year research associate.
