For background, Encana is a large E&P with a heavy weighting towards natural gas. I beleive the analyst is asking if there are any measures in place that would prevent someone from acquiring the company, as there has been speculation that with how cheaply ECA is trading, it might get bought.

Seemed like a reasonable question. They are a takeover target right now for anyone who wants to get into the gas business.
