Appropriate Amount of Follow-Up Emails?
The typical process when I send networking emails is to send my initial email, follow-up a week later, and then follow-up one more time two weeks later. In general I think this is appropriate, but I don’t want to come off as annoying, especially when reaching out to VPs and up.
That doesn’t make much sense man.
You don’t want to be annoying, yet you will send three unsolicited emails.
I mean, what are you thinking? I’m just curious. That the senior missed your first two emails and the third will magically be seen?
You’re right. In retrospect it’s a dumb question. My thought process was that work gets busy, so you might miss the first too, but I see where the logic fails. I appreciate the response.
Two is fine
