Asking advice for sell side opportunity

Hi folks, I am working as an ER analyst at a mini Investment Bank (5 research analysts), have covered the renewable energy sector for 1 year after I got into the research world. We only have several clients which never read our reports, making me sad when saw the readerships because no one care/pay.

Recently I got an offer for a 6-month ER associate contract from a BB (FIN sector, compensation doubled, bigger platform but higher risk as contract may not get extended or trun to be a FT offer), wonder should I proceed?

I applied as I think this is a good opportunity to learn in a legit way. My final goal is braking into HF as an analyst.
