Bad boss, tough it out or quit

Been under this analyst for two months and everyday is like hell. Unreasonable expectations and all negative feedbacks. I feel this would continue to damage my self-esteem and mental health.  Would you recommend just tough it out for at least one year or quit ASAP?

Do others in the group who have been there for longer feel that way?

Felt the same way when I started my current role, but ended up being more of a function of the role having a very steep learning curve and bosses not used to dealing with people who were completely new/not really having the time to train someone from scratch.

A few years in, think the people are great and completely understand where they were coming from at the beginning. Looking back, not dumbing down expectations at the beginning helped me learn a lot quicker.

If everyone in the group feels the same as you, no matter how long they've been there, then that's a different story.

Helped a client with this situation (if you are that client, ignore this message because we already discussed my points) and also been there myself: Introspect - Are you slow on spreadsheets or expected to know 20 names inside out in 2 months? VERSUS Are you late to work? Are you not passing your series exams promptly? Are you not responding to analyst / client / sales emails?

Unless you tell us what is your analyst's expectation, we don't know whether it's unreasonable or not.
