Recruiting season questions, rising sophomore @ Kelley
What are some ways to stand out, whether that be interviews, on the phone, emails, talking to random people. Should I be attaching a link to a one or two page stock pitch when reaching out to people? What percent of the time do you get passed onto the next person from someone on the phone? What else can I be doing besides the behaviorals, passing the SIE, reaching out? What’s the best approach when cold emailing someone new. Kelley specific* how can I apply myself to stand out without the main workshops (IBW & IMW)? All thoughts and advice are extremely appreciated.
