BB ER vs EB ER Compensation
Do you guys have any idea what the compensation looks like at BBs vs boutiques (mainly Evercore ISI)? I have heard a lot of different answers so wanted to see if anyone had some numbers.
Got an offer from both. At the associate level, I think Evercore’s offer was 5k more than the BBs. Even at the analyst level, I don’t think compensation difference is enough to be the basis of your decisions though
So I’m guessing the base is around 85k but what does the bonus look like?
Varies depending on sector. I've seen 20k up to 50k for first years. There was also a ER comp thread recently that might be helpful

former. although it took me a year after grad to break in.
What EBs have ER besides ISI? It’s literally just ISI.
Gugg has decent healthcare ER. some wont consider them an EB though
