fidelity or blackrock of course
Most people take a BB role with the hope of moving to a Fidelity or Blackrock down the road with experience under their belt. If that's where you'd like to end up, but you get the shot to do it straight away, it's a no-brainer.
99% of them time, the buyside shop is better. The rare exception would be if the BB had a really great analyst you wanted to work under.

Agreed. With the buyside opp, you can easily move back to sellside. But many associates on the sellside are looking to move to buyside, so you'll be competing against them.
I would only do the BB if the analyst was II topper or is a great mentor, etc.
