BB First Year Equity Research Base Salaries as of now?

Just wondering if anyone could fill me in on what are the BB Equity Research base salaries for first years right out of undergraduate as of now.
Annual salary in ER at a BB in London is around $72k for interns so probably the same for fist years.
To add onto what jbnovice said, $70k seems to be the standard for most interns to be prorated on. Then 1st year associates would have a similar base but final comp will vary on bonus ($0-$20K from my observations).
Hardly ever US$ 0.
Along those same lines, I'm wondering if ER or IB on average has a higher per-hour salary. I would think you make enough more in IB to offset the increased hours compared to ER, but perhaps not.
ER bumped to 85K like IBD at most BBs
Associate salary is 140K at my shop. So you have that to look forward to after 2-3 years.
1st yr Associates start 125k at BB

Do Analysts who get promoted to Associates (without an MBA) also get that salary?
And is it really 125k or 140k?

In ER, Associates are below Analysts. Associates get promoted to become Analysts, not the other way around.
It is 125k for equity research at my BB, 140k for IB. Same for post mba and internal promotes. PM if you want to know more.

My shop starts you out at $70k base with average bonus range = $12 to $20k.
