BB Salary (London)
Does anyone have any figures for the typical salaries BB's pay their researchers? At analyst level and beyond. Google is giving me inconsistent results.

1st year analyst in research at bb in london would start at 45k (quid). Chance at small performance bonus I believe as well.
quite literally 10 years later and base has only increased by 5k... outpaced by inflation....
Believe its 50k starting actually, standard across ER, S&T and IBD(previously)
Check the date, he's saying it's only gone from 45k in 2011 pre brexit to 50k today.
very interesting to see wage inflation vs price inflation vs company's earnings growth.
basically - relative comp for finance has gone to shit... whereas tech has shot up
