BNY Mellon ER
I've been offered a position in BNY mellon in their 3 year ER program, I come in as a research associate then after three years become an ER analyst. Thoughts on this program?
From what I've heard BNY Mellon is a respected firm for AM.
Is this for a position straight out of undergrad?
Yes, I just graduated from undergrad and got this offer. Also would it be possible to move from ER to IB?

Also for anyone else; there are quite a few middle office analyst roles in Manchester - are these generally more administrative or would they facilitate a move to something more towards IB or AM for example?
