Bonus for a 1st year ER associate out of college

I just started in a equity research at a bulge braket firm straight out of my undergrad. I started in the mid 70k range, but I'm not sure what to expect for a year end bonus. All I know is that when I started they said it would be a full year bonus even though I started in April. Anybody out there been in my shoes and can tell me how much I can expect?

I'm a 15 year veteran in Big pharma with heavy business analysis experience.

I interviewed for a few healthcare associate positions at a BB and they called me back quickly for a second round and writing and modeling test next week.

Any thoughts on what the test might be comprised of.

Thanks in advance for any input out there...
