Jumped SS ER to a top LO but 10 months in and I’m bored out of my mind. I want to make the jump back to ER, my wife thinks I’m crazy given the hours I work now are better and the pay is comparable but I’m just now realizing how much I miss coming up with new ideas and pitching them to clients. I think that was what I truly had a passion for, not the mundane day to day of a LO. Has anyone else found themselves in the same boat? If so how did you go about reapplying for the sellside?
