Have heard some of their ER groups are very strong. IBD very weak, bad culture and work environment, and dry deal flow.
which ER groups are you referring to?
also, would you be able to comment on the work environment or culture within ER?>?
I honestly don't know much, but know their metals & mining ER is one of the absolute best teams. At least in the ER side of things, you get a ton of exposure even as a junior level employee and it's a good level-headed environment.
Have heard negative things about their IB team though. Apparently lots of arrogant people that's difficult to work with and so on.
I've read some ER pieces on select MM companies and they're not bad. Can't comment about anything else.
