Capital Groups Fundamental Research Group

Can anyone shine some light around Capital Group’s Fundamental Research Group (looking into an Associate role)? My understanding is that it isn’t an investor track position, tho is quite heavy on modeling/research. Would appreciate any insights around culture, daily work, advancement opportunities, and/or how intellectually challenging/stimulating the role is. Thanks!
