Career Changer - Need Help!

Good evening,

I'm writing this because I'm in need of some advice regarding my career. I never planned for a Wall Street career in college so that ship has probably sailed. I ended up in B school after undergrad and started working in commercial lending. I graduated with my MBA a year ago and I've been working as a Commercial Credit Analyst for a ~$6B bank in TX. I've learned a lot but my interest in lending has been slowly waning lately. I'm far more interested in investments and equity research, however I'm not sure how to make the transition without prior internship experience. Any advice would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you!
