Career in ER from IU Kelley?
I'm a current high school senior and attending IU next year. I haven't come across any alumni currently working in equity research, so I'm just wondering, is it possible for me to break in? What's the recruiting process like? Any recommendations on what I can do right now?
There are Kelley kids basically at every firm in ER. Keep looking, you’ll find them

IU seems to send a lot of kids to Wolfe Research - look into that alongside the banks. Pretty sure there is the Knall-Cohen fund which most IU kids try to join alongside the IMW - these are shoe-ins for ER.

I go to Kelley and am going to start an ER internship like in 10 days. So it is possible.
There's like at least 1 Kelley alum in research at every bank.
