I recently received an offer to move into equity research covering life insurers at a boutique investment bank.
I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on moving to sell side ER in today's environment. How are exit ops today? Ideally I'd like to move over to a hedge fund at some point. What does comp look like at the more junior levels of ER?
