Comp Target?
Am a first-year analyst at a top BB working under the #1 ranked II analyst in my area (one of securitized products, rates, FX, Econ). Sit on the trading floor but actually publish a fair bit (weekly notes, lots of analytics for both internal and external parties). Salary is at 110k (street). Anyone have an idea as to what stub bonus and second year full bonus would look like?
