"Describe ER in your words"
This question is a part of an assessment test I had after submitting my application for a MM bank. I am weirdly stumped because every time I try to type something it turns out to be a literal explanation of ER and I reckon they don't really want that, since it's an assessment test. I need to be creative in explaining it, but so far I have lackluster prose.
Any ideas?
There is how ER works. There is how ER REALLY works. They are looking for the latter.
