Do I have a shot in ER?

Can you guys review my background below and let me know if I have a shot in ER? If not, what area of finance I should try? I'm ready to do something new and open to all finance opportunities.

Passed CFA Level 2. MS Finance from a non target school (not MBA). Have been working in the mortgage industry for the past three years (my only job so far). I'm in Master Servicing. Master Servicers help RMBS investors monitor their assets and make sure the servicers are doing their job in the best interest of the RMBS investors.

Thank you all!

Dick.FuldThanks guys! I never thought about credit research. Is my chance for HF slim?

I don't work in HFs, so I don't know for sure...but if you find the right HF, they should be impressed with passing L2 CFA and an MSF. Those qualifications should help get an interview, but after that its up to you to spin your story to convince them you're right for the position.
