Eaton Vance ER vs. FI

Got Accepted into SA positions for both FI and ER. First, how reputable is Eaton Vance and which group should I choose? Second, I am an PT analyst at a brand new PE firm in Boston with promising upside and a lot of exposure to deal flow, should I stick with them over the summer, or join Eaton Vance and return in the fall for my Senior Farewell Tour? Thank you all.
