Eaton Vance ER vs. FI
Got Accepted into SA positions for both FI and ER. First, how reputable is Eaton Vance and which group should I choose? Second, I am an PT analyst at a brand new PE firm in Boston with promising upside and a lot of exposure to deal flow, should I stick with them over the summer, or join Eaton Vance and return in the fall for my Senior Farewell Tour? Stick with the PE firm.
The PE WE will definitely help you down the road. You could hop into ER pretty easily with a PE background. Eaton Vance is well respected in the mutual fund world. They've been around for over 80 years and have established quite a strong track record with some of their value focused funds.
