Equity Research Comp

Hello Everyone,

I'm interested in gathering information about salary ranges for sell-side analysts, especially those with 5-6 years of experience in London. I understand that the exact figures can differ based on factors like the analyst's experience level, the bank they're with, and the breadth of their coverage. Specifically, I'm looking for an estimated base salary range for an analyst who has been in the industry for 5-6 years and covers 3-5 companies - I'm thinking roughly £95-110k. Any insights or data on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
