Equity Research to PM?
I am currently a Junior with one financial services internship. My ideal future job would be to become a PM at an AM firm / large group at a BB bank. What could my starting path be? Equity Research? Don't want to be limited to equities for the rest of my life. Fixed income? Same problem. IB recruitment for next summer is way too late unless I should consider smaller places?
