Wow this is very surprising to me, i’m at an independent AM and getting £45k with 20% max bonus. But given the hour difference from being at an independent AM to a Bank i’d very much say that’s value. Also i’m guessing your in the top tax bracket too?
Read again, haven't started my job yet. Was just an example although not far off what I've heard from my shop.
