Any input on total compensation for ER from analyst, associate level -> VP level among the top house on the street?

Up to VP level, you won't starve. From VP onwards, you won't starve and you can eat pretty much where you want.
I'm sorry if this sounds flippant but any preoccupation with money at the early stage in a career that can ultimately lead to income undreamable to most of the country is simply misplaced.
