ER Lateral Window?
Does anyone have any insight into what the ER lateral opps are looking like right now?
I’m in consulting and I’m interested in lateraling into an ER Associate role but I’ve been having a tough time getting responses from networking and online apps have yielded nothing. Is this because there’s little to no lateral hiring happening right now? I know IB laterals are basically non-existent at the moment but is the same true for ER?
