ER (London) BB Comp 2026?
Hi all,
Having just passed CFA LIII, I’ve finally started to get interviews for ER and wanted to know what research comp was like in London for BBs. This is base + bonus for analyst 2/3 or assoc as I’m an experienced hire. Thanks!
Depends on bank, even among the BBs.
Analyst 2 probably ~90-100k TC. Base probably 70-75.
Analyst 3 probably materially higher assuming you get promoted ~115-130k. Base probably 80 or so.
Assoc probably like 125k+. Base probably 100+.
I've anecdotally heard lateral analysts can get paid less though.
