What are the best places to learn about ER?
I’m studying for my CFA right now because I want to move from HF Ops into ER, but I also want to make sure I’m preparing as much as possible for this move.
Any suggestions on materials to learn more?

Disagree. Focus on the CFA and learning to build models
Thanks! Follow up: would passing the first level of the CFA be enough to move into a entry level ER position? Or would I need to pass all 3?
Obviously the more the better, but just having L1 can really help in my experience. Some analysts place more weighting on it than others, but it personally helped me break in.
Pick a company, read the 10K, build a model, make a stock pitch. Rinse and repeat.
Not only will you learn more this way, but you will build a set of writing samples to pass along.
