ER technical assessment - any tips/what would this look like?
Hi all - I have a 2 hr "technical assessment" coming up for an interview and I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what kinda modeling would be tested here. For context, I'm trying to lateral from regional to a MM bank (currently have 2 yrs of experience). I'm assuming this would just be building a TSM and projections? Or would it be a DCF as well?
Also, would appreciate any modeling practice resources (not sure if macabacus is still around) or tips. Ty!
In my experience, you will not build a model. Instead, you will be given an earnings release and asked to update an existing model. I have had this paired with general writing prompts too (not even about the market, just a question and you give a little essay to look at your writing style)
