Ev/ebitda model, low base high

Hello! I am a 1st year uni student taking part in a company valuation club. It’s mostly people in 3rd/4th year so I’m lost!

I’m trying to use an Ev/Ebitda model to estimate value per share for General Motors, but I have no clue what low/base/high ev/ebitdas are? Is it over the last 52w?
