Evercore Equity Research SA Interview
Does anyone know anything about Evercore's Equity Research division? I have an interview coming up and I really don't know all that much about it. I know their IBD has good culture, prestige, etc. Is their ER well-respected? What can I expect in an interview other than pitching a stock?
They just launched their ER business a few years ago. I cant speak on their prestige or relationships w/ buyside but if they are expanding while many others are slowing down, that could be a good sign. However, it could just be to gain IB business.
The equities division is new, but judging by the quality of the advisory business, I'm sure it is, or will be, a very reputable ER shop. I've read some of the stuff. Quite good.
