FBR - Equity Sales Candidate
Safe to say that most mid-tier brokerages are and will continue to struggle. With that being said, I still believe one can do well if they are in the right seat.
Anywho, FBR - a friend has an upcoming "super day." He is a junior currently (3 years) and is looking for the next step.
What can he expect during the interviews? Is FBR a good move? Pay range for, say, AVP? What the f is going on at FBR (I hear mixed things)? What is it like working there vs other shops? DC culture less intense than NYC? Do they give young guys books? What is going on in the 144a market and is it really that lucrative? Morale? Any insight greatly appreciated.
Thanks all.
