Fidelity Quantitative Research Analyst
I have an interview coming up for a "quantitative research analyst" role at Fidelity. What is the salary/bonus like for a job like this? Also, what is the typical career path like?
Many of my friends tell me that they would take this over any IBD job because people in IBD/PE want to exit to a buy-side fund like Fidelity. Is this true? Would any of you take this job over a investment banking position at Wells Fargo?
I would really appreciate any insight into this.
