Great team vs. in demand sector

Currently have offers from two teams - one has a hands-off MD and great juniors in a sector that is experiencing some growth but will likely not last, the other is known to be a bit of a sweat shop but in a very "hot", in-demand sector with great exit opps. The first team generally has juniors stay for longer period (5+ years), which could be a good or bad thing depending on goals and preference. In your opinion, which is more important, being friends with your team/fellow associates or getting a solid/intense training in a very in demand sector early on in your career?
