GS Dubai Off Cycle (GIR/Equity Research) - Anyone heard back?

I completed my case study interview for a GS Dubai off-cycle role (GIR) back in late May. Its been completely radio silent since then despite sending follow-up emails. Did anyone hear back yet? Any insight on the Dubai off-cycle pipeline would be appreciated.
