HC sub-sectors (excluding biotech): Wolfe Research, Bernstein, Nephron Research, BAML. Vast majority of analysts there are II ranked consistently.
How about biotech/Pharma?
Can't go wrong with the teams at Evercore or Cowen. Other firms have great teams too, but more analyst specific - need to do your research if you interview.
On another note - firms that I would steer away from in biotech if you have the option - HC Wainwright, ROTH Capital Partners.

I believe we had two analysts ranked in 2019. We dont really shoot for II rankings as its mostly a popularity contest and since we are HC focused it's hard to compete with the BBs. However the non-public votes that we get from clients is certainly substantial. II ranks are overrated and it's best to ask around to see how a certain analyst is regarded.
