Help with resume

I have 2 years of life science consulting at a boutique and am hoping to break in to biotech equity research. I have a double major in finance and chemistry and an MS degree but am struggling to get any interviews which leads me to believe my resume isn’t impressing anyone

Would anyone here be willing to look over my resume and offer a brutally honest assessment?

There is another forum on this site for resume reviews. Are you attaching stock pitches with your applications? They always seemed to get my foot in the door with interviews when I included them

Hi, I noticed the post. I suggest the latter to add an investment thesis. Overall, you need to differentiate your application, which is solely is not enough. Attach a thesis, call the front desk saying you want to put a name to the application, etc. And if you need help with your resume, id suggest prompt engineer in ChatGPT; use this, and it will tell you a lot. " You are an experienced hiring manager who reads resumes on the daily. Read my resume, and tell me what role you believe I should be applying for. Give me a rating out of 10 for what job it seems most fit." Then after that, see if it even mentions research; then if it doesn't, ask it to re-write your resume to give you a 10/10 for an Equity Research Role. I hope this helps. Good luck.
