How can I break in as a ER Associate post-MBA?

I double majored in accounting + MIS, have FP&A experience. and have also passed CFA L1. Other than that, I don't have any licenses like Series 7 or 63 (Are those essential to break into ER?)

I'm going to either Cornell or NYU for my full time MBA and want to make a career change to ER associate (buyside or sellside, either one is fine by me). How can I do this post-MBA?
