How to answer what do you want / what are you looking for?
I've been getting this question a lot lately and I'm unsure of what a good answer would be.
It's my first position real position after college, and to be honest - I just want to learn. However, when that's my response - I feel like it's very lacking and seems almost like a cop out although I'm trying to be sincere. I've thought about this a lot, but I'm having a little bit of trouble coming up with a good response.
Can you guys help? What are some good responses you've come up with / heard?
