How to transfer from Big4 Valuation to Equity Research?

I am a recent graduate from a non target school, just joined a big 4 Valuation and financial modelling team in Hong Kong.

My equity research experiences are only an internship in a mutual fund(institutional only), and a case comp in Uni.

Guys do you have advices for me to break into equity research, either BUY side or SELL side?
